Every CFO in our team has held executive roles in multinational or listed companies, so the same senior people lead all of our work.We offer three services. What is a Portfolio CFO?
A Portfolio CFO is an experienced CFO, often with wider executive roles such as COO or CEO in multinational or listed companies, who works inside a small number of businesses at once. That brings CFO rigour, an operating rhythm and executive judgement to the MD, rather than finance reporting alone.
It suits MDs and owners whose business has outgrown the way it is run, often ahead of funding or refinancing, an acquisition, rapid growth, succession or a sale.
How can we get ESG or modern slavery certification?
We help Australian businesses achieve ESG and modern slavery certification when customers, tenders, banks or head contractors ask for evidence. We review your evidence, find the gaps and take you from Level 1 to Level 2 certification with ESG Verified.
It suits businesses that need to show how they manage governance, social and modern slavery risk to win or keep work with larger customers.
Do you work with property developers and builders?
Yes. We have particular depth in property development and construction, where funding, project cash and group structures are part of every job. We give developers and builders a clear view of cash across projects and entities, forecasts their lenders trust, and the information to make decisions in time.
